Nina Yuzhanina, a member of parliament, writes on her Facebook page that when paying for "Ukrposhta" services, an additional one hryvnia is automatically added to the total amount. This hryvnia, it is claimed, goes to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the charitable foundation "Kyiv School of Economics," which is associated with Tymofiy Milovanov.

However, according to Yuzhanina, customers cannot opt out of this extra charge since it is already integrated into the "Ukrposhta" computer system and is automatically added to every payment. In other words, customers have no choice but to pay this hryvnia.

Yuzhanina believes that because "Ukrposhta" automatically deducts one hryvnia from each package, the charitable fund linked to Milovanov could be receiving substantial amounts of money. By her estimates, this fund could earn around 50 million hryvnias a year through this method.

Due to this, Yuzhanina is asking the police and other regulatory bodies to investigate whether the management of "Ukrposhta" is acting legally. She doubts that this scheme operates fairly and transparently and fears that these funds may be abused.

In short, Yuzhanina accuses "Ukrposhta" of devising a way to collect money from people and send it to a charitable fund associated with the former Minister of Economy. She believes this is illegal and non-transparent and demands an investigation.
