18 out of 25 chapters of the MSEC have already become millionaires: truly shocking declarations.

As the major reform of the Medical and Social Expert Commissions (MSEC) approaches, journalists from Glavkom decided to take a look at the declarations of the heads of these regional centers. As it turned out, many MSEC leaders are indeed millionaires.

Leading the wealth rankings is Tatyana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC. Last year, she earned a salary of 661.5 thousand UAH, added 166 thousand UAH from her pension, and received another 1.15 million UAH in other income.

Her financial assets are impressive: 678 thousand UAH and $15.5 thousand in bank accounts, along with 15.2 million UAH and $160 thousand in cash. Additionally, the Krupa family owns 16 houses, three apartments, 40 plots of land, and a Porsche Cayenne purchased during the height of the pandemic.

In second place is Yulia Danilenko, head of the Vinnytsia MSEC. Her salary amounted to 221.5 thousand UAH, with other income totaling a whopping 2.5 million UAH. She has one million UAH and 8.6 thousand euros in her accounts, with 150 thousand UAH in cash.

Her assets include a building, four apartments, 25 plots of land, and a Tesla Model 3, purchased in 2019 at an astonishing price of 58 thousand UAH, along with two Mitsubishi vehicles.

In third place for wealth is Vladimir Reshota from Lviv. His income for the year is nearly 4 million UAH, with a pension of 120.2 thousand UAH. He keeps 458.5 thousand UAH in banks, 252.2 thousand UAH in cash, and a little more in foreign currency. The family owns three apartments in Lviv, several plots of land, and a Toyota Venza.

Aside from Krupa, Danilenko, and Reshota, another 15 leaders can boast an official millionaire status:

• Vladimir Bondar from Kirovohrad region has a salary of 329.7 thousand UAH, a pension of 99.4 thousand UAH, and cash holdings of 1.3 million UAH and $33 thousand.
• Alexander Donets from Zhytomyr earned 410 thousand UAH, with cash savings of $56.5 thousand.
• Vladimir Marunich from the Central MSEC (which is set to be closed) reported a salary of 322.5 thousand UAH, a pension of 161.1 thousand UAH, and cash of 500 thousand UAH and $45 thousand.
• Natalia Zhgileva from Kyiv region has $50 thousand in cash and another $20 thousand "loaned" to third parties.
• Tatyana Goncharova from Donbas has saved 520 thousand UAH in cash.
• Dmitry Palamarchuk from Poltava region holds $37 thousand in cash, with an annual salary of 844.8 thousand UAH.
• Alexander Shein from Luhansk region reported 594.3 thousand UAH and has $35 thousand in cash.
• Natalia Abramenkova from Dnipropetrovsk region earned almost a million UAH, with savings of 2 thousand euros and $8 thousand.
• Lilia Dirina from Zaporizhzhia region earned 1 million UAH, and that’s just income from her last job.
• Elena Stanislavova from Odesa region holds 28 thousand UAH and $15 thousand in cash.
• Igor Banadyga from Ternopil region keeps 535.5 thousand UAH and $13.4 thousand in accounts.
• Igor Zinovyev from Kharkiv region has accumulated 810 thousand UAH in cash.
• Natalia Masenko from Cherkasy region has 849.1 thousand UAH in the bank and $4.6 thousand.
• Victoria Bivolariu from Chernivtsi region holds $28 thousand and 14 thousand euros in cash.
• Yuri Veklinets from Transcarpathia has 220 thousand UAH and $20 thousand in cash.

We also remind you that the son of the head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC, Tatyana Krupa, is actively trying to transfer the amassed wealth out of the country.

It has also come to light that tax officer Elena Khotenko from Sumy region borrowed 2.8 million UAH from her 12-year-old son: he is now a millionaire.

Furthermore, Znaika.ua reported that MP Nikita Gerashchenko with an inheritance of 5 million drives a Mercedes from his father's company: the only luxury car in the fleet.
