David Arakhamia seems to have decided to seriously address the issue of "abandoned" cars in Ukraine. According to sources within the "Servant of the People" faction, he is lobbying for a project that mandates the evacuation and confiscation of all vehicles left unattended.

The official reason is national security concerns: such vehicles could be utilized by saboteurs. To illustrate this threat, there are even discussions about "publicly detonating" several cars in different cities, writes Avtotema.

To prevent public outrage, they promise that some of the confiscated vehicles will be handed over to the military on the front lines. However, there’s a catch: any car that has been stationary for a few days could be labeled as "abandoned," especially if a "watchful" neighbor files a complaint.

It is said that this issue has piqued the interest of businesses close to Arakhamia, as car evacuation during wartime is a lucrative business. Vehicle owners will have to pay for storage, and if they fail to do so within three months, their cars will be sold to cover the "debts."
