U.S. President Joe Biden and North Korean leader Xi Jinping met during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit held in Lima, Peru. They discussed a wide range of topics, including the situation surrounding Taiwan and North Korea's cooperation with Moscow.

This information was reported on the White House website. Joe Biden firmly condemned North Korea's support for the Russian military industry and the presence of North Korean military personnel in Russia.

Additionally, the White House stated that the American leader referred to this as a "dangerous expansion of Russia's illegal war against Ukraine," which poses a threat to both European and Indo-Pacific security.

Furthermore, the U.S. president urged Xi Jinping to cease "destabilizing military activity" around Taiwan. Biden expressed that Washington expects the conflict to be resolved through peaceful means.

The American leader also voiced concerns regarding China's "unfair trade practices" and cyberattacks targeting U.S. critical infrastructure. Xi Jinping, for his part, called for cooperation between the two countries, stating that stable relations between China and the U.S. are "crucial for the future of humanity." He expressed his willingness to collaborate with the new U.S. administration (Donald Trump).

North Korea has likely transferred advanced long-range artillery to Russia. Notably, a 170mm M1989 Koksan howitzer was recorded for the first time during railway transportation. This system, known for its unique caliber and long barrel, offers significant range. Earlier, representatives of the Ukrainian resistance movement "ATEŞ" reported that Russian artillerymen are already undergoing training on North Korean self-propelled systems.

At the same time, in Kursk, Russia has amassed a significant number of personnel — over 50,000 military troops. On November 7, the occupiers attempted a rapid assault on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking advantage of dense fog cover. According to intelligence, a large-scale offensive involving units from North Korea is expected after November 20.

It was previously reported that the U.S. is trying to persuade China to influence North Korea and Russia. Furthermore, Informator reported that China has launched a large-scale cyber espionage campaign against the U.S.
