During the altercation, Polozhiy referred to the soldiers as "devils" and claimed they were trying to force him into a van to take him to the military enlistment office. He expressed his outrage that, as the head of a company with 1,760 employees, he should have to obey a mere soldier:

"I repeat once again: I am the general director of a company with 1,760 people, and you are a soldier – go dig,"

"I have the health of two of you or ten, and you are going to tell me how to behave and speak."

The conflict ended with a call for reinforcements, and Polozhiy ultimately left with "an escort of armed guards."

"The special unit staff sent everyone away: TCK, police, and I went home with an escort of armed guards. Unfortunately, the scoundrels from TCK are accompanied by lousy bloggers who post videos. Videos that suit them, not the truth told by people and me."

Polozhiy himself claims he was simply walking in the park during a "mass raid" when he was stopped for a document check. According to him, TCK employees stated that he had neither a reservation nor a deferment from mobilization. He insists he provided all necessary documents, yet they still wanted to send him to the military enlistment office.

In his social media posts, the businessman continued to accuse TCK employees, calling them "losers" who, in his opinion, "need to be beaten." He also expressed respect for the soldiers who are genuinely fighting on the front lines but firmly stated that he, as someone engaged in "good deeds" window manufacturing, should not be disturbed.

Interestingly, this incident is not the first of its kind recently. Just a few days ago, Polozhiy was involved in another scandal when he attempted to evade police in his Bentley. According to reports from a local Telegram channel, he barricaded himself in the car and refused to exit, further fueling the controversy surrounding him.
