Yulia, who became the chief physician in June 2024, indicated in her declaration that she and her family own a house covering almost 200 square meters, as well as an apartment and commercial real estate in Vinnytsia. Her husband, Sergey, is also keeping pace: he owns several apartments of various sizes. Notably, he works at "Vinnytsiaoblenergo."

Regarding this situation, commented the co-founder of the investigative media project "Our Money."

Yulia's car collection looks quite impressive: she owns a Tesla Model 3 (2019) and a Mitsubishi Outlander (2021), along with a Mitsubishi Pajero (2016) – which belongs to her husband. But that's not all: their family owns 25 plots of land totaling over 16 hectares, some of which are co-owned.

As for income, in 2023, Yulia earned 221 thousand hryvnias, but this is just part of her total income, which exceeded 2 million hryvnias. The bulk of her earnings came from real estate sales – a total of 1.7 million hryvnias.

And what about Viktor Vlasyuk?

Viktor, who headed the MSEC from 2002 to 2014, currently works as a therapist. His declaration also reveals many intriguing details: three houses, including one still under construction, ten plots of land, and a total of 13 apartments. He also has commercial real estate.

Vlasyuk's car collection is also impressive – he owns three Tesla vehicles, two of which are registered to his wife, Oksana Blanar. She is no stranger to the medical field and recently headed the "City Medical and Diagnostic Center."

Viktor's earnings last year amounted to 200,950 hryvnias, and he also has income from pension payments and entrepreneurial activities. Together with Yulia, they own 75% of the company "Solar Farmers."

And here's another interesting fact: Viktor's son, Vladislav, currently works as an advisor to President Volodymyr Zelensky on sanctions policy.
