SubscribeAfter a meeting of the Kyiv City Council's oversight committee, it became clear that Litvinov was unable to clearly explain how much money "Kyiv Heritage" earns from the fairs and how much is contributed to the budget. It turned out that while there is profit, only a mere "pittance" is sent to the city budget.
This was reported by Informator.
The head of the Public Council under the KCSA, Gennady Krivosheya, shared the news of the new appointment on Facebook. He was the one who "highlighted" the issue, prompting Kyiv residents to ask a logical question: who and where will find the money that the enterprise has earned all this time?

The Anti-Corruption Department is currently investigating this matter, and there is hope that its inquiry will shed light on the misconduct.
What was discovered during the audit?
According to data obtained by the Public Council, in 2023, the enterprise "Kyiv Heritage" earned 10 million hryvnias, but only 671 thousand was contributed to the budget. In the first half of 2024, the story repeated itself: out of 6 million, only 492 thousand hryvnias were sent for the city's needs.
It seems there is money, but it is "settling" elsewhere. This was the last straw for the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the KCSA, which demanded Litvinov's dismissal. Among the grievances were delays in financial reporting, failure to meet plans, and, frankly, a poor understanding of the financial situation.
Now, Vitaliy Derpak, a person with military and economic education and experience in investment activities, has been appointed to replace Litvinov. Gennady Krivosheya hopes that with him, it will finally be possible to establish transparent financial flows, ensuring that money from the fairs will be directed to the city budget as it should be.
