Roman Kravets, who identifies himself as the owner of the Telegram channel "Joker," left Ukraine on October 26, 2024, and has since been in Europe.

Kravets left the country following a correspondence with an investigator from Hromadske, who soon published a major investigation revealing that he had received a "white ticket" from the Military Medical Commission while abroad.
