With particular concern, Lviv businessman Ihor Kryvetsky learned that there is a rather interesting detail in the "Victory Plan" announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Verkhovna Rada on October 16.

In this "victorious" plan, there is a provision offering American and European investors joint protection and development of Ukrainian deposits of critically important materials so that they do not fall into the hands of Russia or China.
"For Kryvetsky, this means one thing – the prosecutor's office will continue to push for the cancellation of special permit No. 6195 for the development of the Polokhivske lithium deposit in the Kirovohrad region, and he will have to say goodbye to the 400+ million UAH invested in the project," the authors of the channel write.
