This information was revealed from the published declaration of the TCK employee.

Dmytro Nekrash became the owner of the Porsche Cayenne on November 13, 2024. In his declaration, he stated that he purchased the car for $7,300 (300,000 UAH). However, on car sales websites, the average price is around $21,000, meaning the TCK employee reported a price that is three times lower than the market rate.

In the 2023 declaration, Dmytro Nekrash listed only a land plot without a house; he has no real estate either in ownership or rental. There are no cash assets or deposits reported. Furthermore, according to the declaration, his wife is unemployed.

His only income comes from a salary from the Kyiv Regional Military Commissariat - 28,100 UAH and a pension of an unnamed family member - 2,900 UAH per month.

However, the Porsche is not the only advantageous purchase. In 2023, the TCK employee acquired a 2015 KIA K5 for just 3,000 UAH. Notably, on sales websites, the price for such a car is approximately 150 times higher - around 450,000 UAH.
