SubscribeAccording to documents on Prozorro, the municipal authorities will procure 8,600 tons of type B asphalt concrete mix and 360 tons of type A mix. These materials are intended for the repair of roads and other infrastructure projects in the capital.
On one hand, updating the road surface is a necessary task: safe and smooth roads are essential for both drivers and pedestrians.
Expenditures during wartime appear particularly controversial, especially as funding for social programs is being cut and taxes are rising. However, KP "Kyivteploenergo" is confident that the city cannot do without asphalt.
