The so-called curator of "Servant of the People" in the Kyiv region, MP Andriy Motovylovets, is attempting to obstruct the criminal case against his subordinate, Kyiv Regional Council deputy Serhiy Levchenko.

Meanwhile, Levchenko, along with his godfather – former Chairman of the Constitutional Court Oleksandr Tupytskyi, has organized schemes to evade taxes and launder illicit income through controlled companies and individuals.

Levchenko's accountability will compel him to testify against Motovylovets, with whom he shares common criminal ventures.
