They are charged with creating and participating in a criminal organization, illegal production, acquisition, storage for the purpose of sale, and illegal sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in large and particularly large quantities (Part 1, 2 of Article 255, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, a resident of Kryvyi Rih organized the criminal group. He involved acquaintances in the drug business, each of whom performed their functions according to a pre-agreed plan: heads of structural units, technologists, chemists, couriers.
The suspects established an extensive network for the distribution of cannabis, amphetamines, methamphetamines, MDMA, 4-MMC, and hallucinogenic mushrooms across Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions. They sold drugs to wholesale customers and retail clients using Telegram channels and a courier service from a postal company.
Additionally, the dealers produced Alpha-PVP in two drug laboratories located in the Kryvyi Rih district.
More than 40 authorized searches were conducted at the residences, in the vehicles of the suspects, and at the drug laboratories. Psychotropic substances and narcotics, plastic containers with precursors, specialized equipment for drug production, bank cards, mobile phones, computer equipment, documentation, rough notes, cash, weapons, and vehicles were seized.
According to black market prices, the value of the seized drugs exceeds 20 million hryvnias.
Law enforcement officers detained the suspects in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Currently, they are held in custody without the right to bail.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and other individuals involved in the criminal activity are being identified.
