The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) is actively investigating military commissars and members of military medical commissions (VLC), uncovering questionable assets and unjustified incomes. The head of the NAPC, Viktor Pavlushchik, shared the most high-profile cases with the Chief Commander.

SubscribeOne such case involves the head of the Dnipropetrovsk military enlistment office, who "forgot" to declare a car, an apartment, and his wife's gifts totaling 6.2 million UAH. Meanwhile, his father and father-in-law "successfully" acquired apartments and cars worth nearly 5.6 million UAH.
In 2023, the NAPC discovered unjustified assets exceeding 260 million UAH among officials of the TCC and SP. During this period, six cases of illegal enrichment were recorded.
The former head of the Odessa regional TCC, Yevhen Borysov, had illegal assets amounting to over 188 million UAH. His mother turned out to be the owner of a villa in Spain, as well as a luxurious car collection that remains unexplained.

During the monitoring of his lifestyle, signs of illegal enrichment exceeding 14 million UAH were identified.
He and his relatives—wife, mother, mother-in-law, and son—also possess expensive cars and real estate, the origins of which remain questionable.
The story of the head of the Malinovsky district TCC in Odessa, Vyacheslav Kushnerov, is no less intriguing. During his tenure, he managed to accumulate assets worth nearly 47 million UAH. He did not take the opportunity to explain the sources of his income to the NAPC, and now his case has been handed over to investigative authorities. This serves as a good lesson for all who think they can deceive the system.
Also among the suspects is the Dnipropetrovsk TCC Anatoliy Pykal, who managed to "surprise" the public with illegal enrichment of 8.5 million UAH. It seems that his close relatives are also "accustomed" to a good life, having acquired numerous assets in recent years without any visible sources of income.
Meanwhile, the NAPC continues to send materials to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and conduct thorough investigations.
