During the full-scale war, the daughter and nephew of the "Servant of the People" deputy, Gennady Kasay, purchased luxury apartments in Dubai for a total exceeding one million dollars. An investigation by the "Schemes" project revealed that between 2022 and 2023, they acquired four apartments in upscale complexes in the UAE, and the transactions appeared suspiciously overpriced.

SubscribeIt turned out that Polina, the 22-year-old daughter of the MP, bought an apartment in Dubai Gate 2 in April 2022 for 310 thousand dollars (approximately 9 million hryvnias). In the same month, her 25-year-old cousin Alexander purchased an apartment in Studio One for 202.5 thousand dollars (around 6 million hryvnias).
Later, he acquired two more properties: one in Palm Views West for 330 thousand dollars and another in Studio One for nearly 240 thousand dollars. The total for these purchases amounts to almost 27 million hryvnias.
This raises the question: where did the young people get such money? According to journalists' findings, Polina's official income significantly falls short of the amounts invested in real estate. Her job as a content manager over the past few years has earned her around 3 million hryvnias, which is clearly less than the price of the Dubai apartment.

0 Alexander Kasay, the 27-year-old nephew of deputy Gennady Kasay, has invested 770 thousand dollars (over 27 million hryvnias) in purchasing luxury apartments in Dubai over the past two years. The source of these funds is also a mystery: in the past, Alexander was a professional handball player, having played for the Ukrainian national team and the Zaporizhzhia "Motor", but since 2021, he has also been actively developing a business in the aviation sector.
In 2021, Kasay acquired a stake in the Scientific and Production Firm "TS AVIA-GRADE", which deals with fuel sales and military equipment repairs. Also, that same year, he co-founded the company Vector Avia in Turkey, which specializes in selling aircraft engines and parts.
Interestingly, in 2022, this company signed a contract worth 27 million dollars with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Following a scandal regarding the supply of equipment for the army, in March 2023, the prosecutor's office announced suspicion against only one of the company's co-founders, Roman Pletnev, who was then in Turkey, although Alexander Kasay left Ukraine back in May 2023.
The SBU did not comment on why the investigation bypassed Alexander.
1 2 Kasay, for his part, continued to invest in real estate: in February 2023, he purchased his third apartment in Dubai, and by August of that same year, he exited the shareholders' list of the company "MS AVIA-GRADE". Currently, according to the analytical platform YouControl, he only retains a stake in the unprofitable marketing agency "Borshch".
When the "Schemes" journalists approached Alexander with questions about the source of his funds for real estate, he did not respond.
