SubscribeAfter the accident, Komarovsky attempted to flee but ended up locking himself in his car and ignored police demands for an entire hour. Inside his vehicle, authorities discovered a strange "survival kit" – drugs, kilogram packages of black caviar, and a grenade resembling a training device.
Gordienko posted a video of the arrest and a photo of Komarovsky's ID. The activist expressed his outrage:
"This 'handsome guy' has 5 records for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and this is just for 2024."Popular articles now Drug addicts, large families, and the sick: the military harshly criticized the TCK Pensioners will lose benefits: they will have to pay utility bills in full Ukrainians will be left without payments: who will lose assistance in 2025 Not payments, but mockery: pensioners will receive only 150 hryvnias Show more
The patrol police confirmed on their Telegram the fact of the accident and reported that at the scene, they found "a package containing plant-based substances, likely of a narcotic nature," as well as a grenade dummy.
The car was towed, and Komarovsky was taken to the TCK (military enlistment office) as he was wanted under an administrative charge for violating military registration.
The incident sparked a wave of outrage on social media. Ukrainians are already discussing the "traditional" ending to such cases:
- "Tomorrow he will walk with a folder and pack Mykola"
- "I don't get it, why is he at the TCK? He should be jailed. They’ve basically turned the front into a prison, at this rate we’ll have the death penalty in a couple of years"
- "The TCK has already defaulted to being a place of torture"
- "Nothing will happen to him, he won’t even be fired – at most a fine, they don’t jail scum like him, but they do go after hard workers"
- "They’ll let the assistant go, apologize, and give him a huge monetary compensation, just like always..."
