Throughout 2024, while using his official powers during site visits, he confiscated phones, passports, and bank cards from individuals who died of natural causes.
During searches at the residence, bank cards, mobile phones, and passports of the deceased were seized, along with ammunition of various calibers and three units of unregistered firearms.
The man was detained and charged with fraud, misappropriation of property, unauthorized interference with the operation of electronic systems, and illegal handling of weapons (Part 4 of Article 190, Article 357, Parts 1 and 2 of Article 361, Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Currently, the investigator has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of bail set at 3 million UAH.
