“Yuri Lutsenko owns neither real estate nor vehicles. However, many assets are registered under his family and front persons,” the publication states, emphasizing that some individuals lack official income to acquire such assets.

In particular, a number of residential and commercial properties are registered in the name of Lutsenko's family members – his wife, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, and son.

For instance, the former Prosecutor General effectively uses a house of over 850 sq. meters in the village of Stoyanka in Kyiv Oblast, which belongs to his father-in-law, and an apartment of more than 180 sq. meters in Pechersk, Kyiv, registered in his wife's name.

The family also owns an apartment of over 180 sq. meters and two parking spaces in Solomenskyi District, several non-residential premises in the capital's center, a house in Dubno, Rivne Oblast, and vehicles including Mercedes-Benz GLS350, Toyota Land Cruiser 200, BMW X5, and Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Furthermore, according to media reports, some assets are registered under nominal and front owners close to the Lutsenko family. In particular, they include Svitlana Ryzhensko, who, along with the ex-prosecutor's wife, worked at the Antimonopoly Committee, businessman Hleb Zahory, and his controlled LLC "Murray", as well as the brother of the daughter-in-law, Serhiy Volokhyn.

At different times, 8 apartments and 2 non-residential premises in central Kyiv and an apartment in Yalta were registered under their names.

Additionally, administrative buildings and non-residential premises totaling nearly 5,000 sq. meters in Kyiv are registered under enterprises related to the Lutsenko family, along with a hotel-type recreation center with land near Kyiv and about a dozen vehicles.

As a result of the journalistic investigation, the media plans to send requests regarding the identified signs of illegal enrichment to law enforcement agencies.
