In particular, the text states that Lemenov has a military specialty in "organization of moral and psychological support for troops," and back in February 2024, the Military Medical Commission recognized him as fit for military service, writes "Law and Business."

However, starting in November, Lemenov evaded attending the Bila Tserkva Territorial Center for Recruitment, where he is registered, and as a result, was declared wanted. During the pre-trial investigation, he also failed to appear before the investigator, which "indicates his improper procedural behavior," as noted in the ruling.

On December 6, when he arrived at the TCC, he was presented with a summons to report to the assembly point and a warning about criminal liability for evading conscription. However, Lemenov, in the presence of witnesses, refused to accept the summons and did not show up at the assembly point at the appointed time, failing to provide reasons for his absence.

By December 8, Lemenov was notified of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Article 336 of the Criminal Code, which provides for a penalty of up to 5 years of imprisonment.
