In Nikopol, a man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering his wife.
On October 4th at 7:35 AM, the Nikopol District Police Department received a report about the discovery of a woman's body with injuries in one of the apartments.

Law enforcement officers promptly arrived at the scene and determined that during the ensuing conflict, a man struck his 75-year-old wife in the chest with metal scissors. Investigators collected physical evidence and the weapon used in the crime.
On October 5, in coordination with the Nikopol District Prosecutor's Office, the suspect was informed of charges related to the criminal offense stipulated in part 1 of Article 115 (murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
