Analysts from the "CHESNO" movement caught Petro Poroshenko's party misusing budget funds amounting to 167 million UAH. The state funding allocated to support the party's activities was funneled into Poroshenko's firms and the businesses of his team members.

Specifically, "European Solidarity" spent over 167 million UAH of state funding over 7 years on purchasing goods and services from 15 companies directly linked to it. Notably, 5 of these companies were personally owned by Poroshenko or were associated with the "Ukrprominvest" group, where Poroshenko is also a key figure.
“From 2016 to 2021, Poroshenko's party spent more than 8.6 million UAH on services from the private company Leopard Security Agency. According to the YouControl analytical system, this company is related to the "Ukrprominvest" group. In 2019 and 2022, the party paid state funds to LLC "Channel Pramy," which is also connected to "Ukrprominvest." Over two years, the EU paid the company more than 11 million UAH. In 2022, the party made payments to two more companies - "Monitoring Sports and Recreation Complex" and "NBM Television and Radio Company." In 2023, payments were made to "Interstarch Ukraine." The NBM TV and Radio Company was part of Ukrprominvest. The "Monitoring Sports and Recreation Complex" and "Interstarch Ukraine" are owned by Poroshenko. In total, the party spent more than 6 million UAH on the services of these three companies,” the analysis states.
Additionally, Poroshenko's party directed nearly 120 million UAH to the close organization "Solidarity of Citizens." The intended purpose of these funds is returnable financial assistance. The organization is led by Antonina Buzilo, who was on the electoral list of "European Solidarity" in 2019.
As previously reported, the NABU caught Poroshenko's party for the misuse of 35 million UAH of state funding, which was used by party members to purchase bonds. Moreover, the leader of "European Solidarity," Petro Poroshenko, increased his wealth by more than 1 billion 132 million 465 thousand UAH just in September. His party members, who are set to receive state funding in the winter of 2024, were caught vacationing in luxury resorts in the Maldives instead of attending the European conference on the post-war reconstruction of Ukrainian cities.
