A 21-year-old man in Verkhniodniprovsk has been charged by police for stealing nearly 30,000 hryvnias from a friend's bank card.

Police discovered that a trusting man shared his card's PIN with an acquaintance and asked him to buy groceries. Subsequently, the perpetrator withdrew cash from the victim's bank card at local ATMs. The victim then sought assistance from the police.

The police department No. 3 of the Kamyansky District Police has established the circumstances of the crime and has informed the suspect about the charges of theft under part 4 of article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and part 1 of article 357 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
