Zaporizhzhia police have charged a man for assaulting a local woman at a café.

During a conflict at a city establishment, an unknown individual inflicted bodily harm on a 21-year-old woman. The police have identified the attacker. He faces up to two years of imprisonment for his actions.

Recall that on September 26, a café visitor attacked a woman from Zaporizhzhia, inflicting multiple blows with his hands and feet. The victim shared a post about the incident on her personal social media page, which quickly gained traction among the public.

During the initial investigative actions, the police identified the offender. He turned out to be a 28-year-old local resident.

The victim was issued a referral for a forensic medical examination. According to the findings, the injuries sustained by the girl are classified as minor bodily harm, resulting in a temporary disturbance of health.

Currently, the attacker has been informed of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
