Brutal murder of a man in Dnipro: the court's decision.

In Dnipro, the court proceedings have concluded regarding a crime that occurred on October 24, 2021, in the Novokodatskyi district of the city. During a conflict, the perpetrators inflicted severe injuries on the victim, which resulted in his death at the scene.

The police examined the crime scene, collected physical evidence, interviewed witnesses, and engaged a canine officer with a service dog. Thanks to the swift actions of law enforcement, the investigation, and the gathered evidence, the involvement of the attackers was established. The collected materials formed the basis for the charges in court.

The court found both men guilty under paragraph 12, part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder committed by a group of individuals in conspiracy).
